2014 Travel Award Winners!

Please join us in congratulating the 2014 winners of the Travel Awards of the ARLIS/NA Southern California Chapter. The winners are both first-time attendees and active members of our professional community and we are excited to have them join us at the ARLIS/NA Conference in Washington DC.

ARLIS/SC Judith A. Hoffberg Travel Award, Claire Kennedy, Archivist at John Baldessari Studio
The Judith A. Hoffberg Travel Award is awarded to Claire Kennedy who works as the archivist to artist John Baldessari in Venice, California. She also plays an important role as the Vice Chair Elect of the Southern California Chapter of ARLIS/NA.
ARLIS/SC Student Travel Award, Clarice De Veyra, 2014 MLIS Candidate at the University of California, Los Angeles
The Student Travel Award goes to Clarice De Veyra, a student at UCLA in the MLIS program, new member of ARLIS/NA and an active board member of the Special Libraries Association Southern California Chapter (SLA-SCC).
